As Training Program Development Leader for PCS Insight, Jeanne is responsible for helping design and develop the in-person and e-learning icubeTM training for teams and facilitators. She has been in corporate training and development since 1990, and has also worked as a book coach and editor since 2001. In addition, Jeanne has hosted a nationally award-winning TV show, written three novels, and co-launched Entre-SLAM, a nationally recognized storytelling competition for entrepreneurs.
Pavan Muzumdar, CFA

Pavan Muzumdar has spent twenty years studying the best techniques to bring cohesion, vigor, and profit to growing businesses. Pavan’s clients range from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, all of which have benefitted from Pavan’s inimitable approach to business success.
Pavan is a lifelong learner who approaches life with vigor and focus, whether through exercise and meditation, through dual Masters degrees in engineering and computer science, or simply through the enthusiastic and ongoing consumption of espresso. In addition to his management of PCS Insight, Pavan is also the COO of Automation Alley, a non-profit technology business association in Detroit, Michigan. He is also a chartered financial analyst, and a principal and investment advisor for independent investment advisory firm, Revalue.
Eric Davis
Analyst and Associate Facilitator
Eric is passionate about helping businesses thrive. He combines his own expertise as an analyst with personalized, data-based insights to support companies that participate in an icubeTM assessment. Eric’s role as Associate Facilitator enables him to partner with companies and work closely to support them in their implementation the icubeTM methodology.
Eric’s passion for helping businesses thrive is evident from the ways he spends his time. He has earned multiple degrees in finance, and is currently a Level III C.F.A. candidate. He also acts as Principal and Analyst of independent investment advisory firm, Revalue, and has extensively performed due diligence for both public and privately-held companies. His heart for businesses extends into the nonprofit sector where he serves as the Technology Investment Analyst for Automation Alley. Eric’s work for this nonprofit business association gives companies the tools and framework they need to grow through times of rapid technological change. He is fluent in the 7Cs, and the Industry 4.0 Assessment.
